Applications
The alco Forming-Machine, type AFM 250, is used for forming and portioning a homogenous product under low pressure. Depending on the chosen system the machine can produce different formed products such as hamburgers as well as round and cylindrical products like meat balls, with a diaphragm system. The product is loaded into a hopper and then fed very gently via screws to the forming head or the diaphragm head.
The drive of the machine is equipped with a gear motor and the desired quantity of products can easily be adjusted by a crank mechanism/ shaft. The smooth compact design makes cleaning quick and easy. None of the product can get into the machine and all screws and forming heads are easy to disassemble.
