The alco Forming Machine Type AFM 400 PC is a machine to mold and portion your product using a molding form system.
The following products can be processed:
- meat, poultry, fish, vegetables, potatoes, cheese or other mixtures of a formable consistency
The product is filled into the 270 liters hopper and from there transported by the worm gear to the filling channel. The product reaches the molding form smoothly and gently.
The alco Forming Machine is SPS controlled, with an adjustable touchpad. All parameters can be adjusted individually and saved as working programs.
The machine has a closed body construction, making it easy to clean. All electrical and hydraulical components are located inside the closed machine.
