The Robotic Packing Line can be adapted to suit many products by altering the software.

Robotic Packing Line:  robotic scone packing system, box erector and box loader.

In summary, random scones travel along a conveyor and 6 robot arms pick the scones up and place them into plastic acetate trays.

The trays are fed from 2 “de-nesters” that are in the scope.

The trays are then flowrapped. The flowrapper is not available.

A box erector is available that erects the box from a flat form into a box shape.

The wrapped scones are then picked up and loaded into the boxes.

Capacity:  600 scones per minute
